Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Technicians to carry out day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) and ACMV maintenance activities.

  • Provide technical guidance and lead investigations for rectification works and system faults.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV equipment and systems (e.g., AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation systems).
  • Coordinate and liaise with contractors and vendors for scheduled works, rectifications, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify root causes for breakdowns; recommend effective solutions.
  • Prepare clear and detailed technical reports, breakdown analyses, and improvement proposals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities, procedures, and compliance records.
  • Support any ad-hoc projects, system upgrades, or repair works assigned.
  • Uphold strong safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Facilities Management discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in ACMV maintenance, preferably within FM or complex facilities.
  • Strong decision-making, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage daily interactions with clients, technicians, and contractors.
  • Demonstrates a strong safety mindset and excellent WSH practices.
