   Casual hours, immediate start available

   Based at Melbourne CBD but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University or online.

About the role

The Technical Officer will provide technical support and services in Electrical, Plumbing and refrigeration areas within the College of VE. The Technical Officer will assist with technical facilities and ensure that they are maintained to the highest industry and educational standards. Working across a wide range of activities, equipment and processes, employed within these facilities. Relative experience/ qualification in Plumbing, Refrigeration and Electrical preferred.

Qualifications

Tool experience in relevant area, understanding of OHS, be able to work individually and in a team.

Qualification in Plumbing, Refrigeration and Electrical preferred but willing to work with right applicant

Reporting Line:
Reports to the Technical Services Coordinator

Engagement Type
This role is engaged on a casual, as-required basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Hours will vary depending on operational requirements.
