Job Title: Technical Office Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our Project Department. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical office functions and be able to start immediately. This role will be fully remote and will support project planning, documentation, and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.

• Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and technical submittals.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants to ensure technical compliance.

• Review project specifications, contracts, and design documents.

• Prepare method statements, technical reports, and project schedules.

• Support project planning, cost control, and progress tracking.

• Ensure all technical documentation is organized and updated.

• Provide technical support during project execution and close-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical office or project engineering role.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).

• Strong knowledge of project documentation, BOQs, and technical submittals.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Immediate availability is required.
