About the role

You will be responsible for planning and coordination of material requirement to support all scheduled, non-scheduled and cabin maintenance activities of all the company's fleet. This includes initial provisioning, material requirement planning to support all modification/cabin reconfiguration/ad-hoc maintenance requirement, business process review, KPI development and management. An important element of the job function is also to maintain system data integrity, and accuracy of data used in all stock model and inventory optimization process.

Key part of the tasks include:

• Continuously evaluate processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide inventory-related metrics and insights to support management decision-making
• Set and maintain service standards and performance targets
• Analyze business processes and performance metrics to align with industry best practices
• Perform cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking
• Design and implement automated simulations to assess changes in inventory calculation methods and procedures
• Collaborate with purchasing, repair, and contract teams to optimize business solutions
• Actively engage in RFI/RFT/RFP processes to support procurement strategies

About you

• Minimum qualification of High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent is essential.
• 4+ years of job-related experience
• Familiar with aircraft technical publications and provisioning data.
• Good communicator and capable of handling multi tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and without immediate supervision.
• Strong interpersonal & negotiation skill,
• Hands-on experience on different MRO ERP systems, preferably on TRAX
• Good command of English language

Special IT Skill:

• Excellent in setting inventory KPIs and defining performance metrics (e.g., service level, inventory turns)

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with MRO/Airline ERP systems

• Strong IT skills in data extraction, cleansing, and visualization using tools like Power BI and Tableau

• Advanced Excel skills, data validation, power query, VBA

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and basic to intermediate SQL for querying large datasets

• Capable of acquiring and customizing data from various sources

• Ability to build interactive dashboards, templates, and dynamic reports

• Experience in developing data models and simulation tools to improve operational efficiency
