Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop industry marketing plans aligned with go-to-market priorities and business objectives for your assigned region and segment.
  • Define market positioning and value propositions for target audiences within the transportation industry.
  • Create and deliver technical marketing assets, including demonstrations, presentations, white papers, webinars, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to activate industry-specific initiatives across digital, event, content, and communications channels.
  • Equip sales teams and partners with industry-focused messaging, tools, and training to identify, accelerate, and close opportunities.
  • Lead industry demand generation initiatives independently or through existing global campaigns.
  • Support sales training initiatives through content and programs that increase adoption and effectiveness.
  • Engage with customers and users to develop industry expertise and serve as a subject matter expert for NI products and solutions within the assigned segment.
  • Incorporate market and customer insights into marketing plans, content priorities, and campaign strategies.
  • Track and report performance metrics related to pipeline influence, demand generation, and enablement effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience in technical marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one APAC regional language, such as Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of test and measurement hardware and software, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives across functions, channels, and geographic regions.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing, messaging development, and presentations for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Willingness to work within a global team environment that may occasionally require meetings outside standard business hours.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with NI products, test and measurement technologies, and/or technical marketing.
  • Experience within the transportation industry or a closely related technical industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing communications and demand generation practices.
  • Demonstrated success in transforming innovative ideas into practical marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement programs and go-to-market activities across multiple regions.
