And we’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager!

About the position:

E Ink is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Marketing Manager with a strong engineering background and expertise in display systems to join our team. You will be the central hub, coordinating between internal teams (Hardware, Software, Optical Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality), and E Ink’s key customer accounts. You are responsible for communicating key technological innovations into tangible benefits that customers value. In addition to display expertise, this role requires a strong background in engineering, system level design, testing, and a strong understanding of product development processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, translate technical complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions to ensure customer success, from concept through to commercialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of E Ink technology to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create presentations, application notes, product briefs, white papers, and case studies
  • Translate complex engineering concepts (TFT architecture, materials improvements, custom silicon) into customer-facing benefits
  • Collaborate with sales to support key customer opportunities with technical presentations and demos
  • Gather customer feedback and market requirements to influence product roadmap
  • Represent E Ink at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Work closely with engineering to stay current on product capabilities and roadmap and provide product requirements to development teams
  • Present on technical topics, roadmaps, and conduct cutting edge demos to key customers

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Engineering or Technical field required (Electrical, Electronics, System, or Computer Science desired)
  • 5+ years experience in Engineering and/or Project Management
  • Software experience a strong plus
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated strong documentation and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000, not including any variable pay. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other variable pay components. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
