Job Brief:
The Technical Manager , TB will manage the day-to-day implementation of technical activities for an anticipated large-scale, USG-funded program addressing early diagnosis and treatment of TB S/he will work with the DOH to strengthen capacity of healthcare providers to implement systematic TB screening and case-finding and treatment referrals. S/he will work with DOH to enhance the capacity of health-system stakeholders at all levels to analyze, interpret, and apply TB surveillance data for program planning and decision-making.
S/he will provide technical inputs into project workplans and donor reporting, budgets, and project monitoring, evaluation and learning (MERL) in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the award. The Technical Manager, TB will implement the MERL plan including digital data collection, analysis and reporting of indicators and corresponding achievements. S/he will lead the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of routine project data and periodically document and share lessons learned, best practices, and other deliverables. S/he will actively participate in project coordination mechanisms.
