compliance from Day One.

 Define and validate statutory compliance requirements, asset data, certification, and governance arrangements during onboarding.

 Contribute to the central technical knowledge library, templates, and audit tools.

 Identify opportunities to improve consistency, assurance, and efficiency in compliance delivery.

 Support digital and CAFM-aligned approaches to evidence management and reporting. Coaching, Influence & Capability Building

 Provide technical coaching, guidance, and professional challenge to site engineers, technical managers, and operational leaders across the portfolio.

 Support the development and upskilling of Authorised Persons, Competent Persons, and

 Act as a trusted advisor to Account Teams, QSHE, and senior stakeholders on hard services compliance matters.

 Proven experience delivering statutory compliance assurance across large, complex, multi-site portfolios.

 Demonstrated ability to influence senior operational teams and clients through technical authority and professional judgement, without formal line management responsibility.

 Excellent technical writing, audit reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

 Highly self-directed, with the ability to prioritise risk and manage competing national demands.

 Willingness to travel nationally as required.
