A Financial Lines Claims Technical Manager specializes in managing and overseeing claims related to financial lines insurance products, such as Directors and Officers (D&O) liability, Financial Institutions Professional Indemnity (FIPI), Professional Indemnity (PI), Cyber and other financial or professional risks. He/She is responsible for overseeing the technical handling of complex and high-value financial lines claims. This role involves providing expert guidance on claims strategy, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence within the financial lines claims team. The manager will also act as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure claims are resolved efficiently and fairly.
