Job Responsibilities & Accountability (Key Roles, Functions & Accountabilities)

职位职责

• Support method development to China analytical platform based on international and national standards, and company internal test standards.
• Support China analytical platform for following BVCPS global processes, such as TCD (test capability development), AUD (Audit), COR (Correlations), TCMP (Technical Change Management Process), MTD (Methods).
• Support chemical platform maintenance BVE3, IPE upload.
• Support the development of new testing services- Sustainability solution, MSDS review.
• Provide training to internal and external customers in China for questions related to analytical testing, national regulatory and customers' own analytical requirements in the form of meeting, seminars or webinars.
• Cooperate with INQ (technical enquiry) to support answering technical enquiries by mail.
• Provide feedback to N+1 in a timely fashion regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
• Follow company HSE responsibility and advise for any HSE improvements from technical point of view.)

QHSE

• Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS China
• Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Required Skills & Qualification

• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English or other second language would be preferred.
• Good time management and communication skills, able to provide training and seminars to public.
• Individual and Team work ethic.
• Familiar with the general chemical test requirements, experience in analytical instrumentation like GCMS. ICP, etc. preferred.
• Familiar with the national product requirements, particular to chemical requirements and MSDS
• Familiar with BV global processes related to technical governance
• Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.
• Knowledge of testing from laboratory / manufacturing.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
