WSP Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to join our team and oversee site supervision activities for prestigious road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with top international construction consultants, demonstrating unparalleled expertise in managing complex construction projects from inception

• Provide leadership and strategic direction in construction management activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects, including road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks effectively.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress, identify deviations from the approved plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, offering solutions to complex engineering challenges and optimizing project delivery processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues related to site supervision, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies and methodologies.
• Uphold WSP's commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality excellence in all aspects of project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management or site supervision and construction management, with a focus on road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects with top international construction consultants.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for project management, scheduling, and documentation.
• Professional certifications or affiliations with recognized engineering organizations are advantageous.
