Technical Learning Specialist-SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
PAY This position starting pay is $23.27/hour & up depending on experience
SCHEDULE This position is Monday-Friday, 7am-330pm.
The Technical Learning Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and administrating manufacturing skills training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of plant-based employees. The training shall encompass hands-on and classroom components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards within the plant.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
