What are your contributions to the team?

  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
  • Deliver technical skills assessment and propose appropriate learning activities
  • Provide technical coaching using multiple processes
  • Execute specific skills development using simulators
  • Provide training on technical coaching
  • Deliver effective learning interventions, such as coaching, classroom training, etc
  • Participate in problem solving discussions on human performance issues
  • Assist Technical Learning Agents with key tasks as needed

How to thrive in this role?

  • Typically a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting related to aircraft assembly in a hands-on technical role
  • Typically a minimum of 0 -2 years of experience involved with learning activities (i.e., coaching and / or technical training)
  • Technical degree and /or aircraft related certifications and licenses and / or equivalent experience in coaching / facilitator training
  • Recognized high level of technical competency and credibility
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
  • Excellent relational competencies, with capacity to listen and communicate well (written and spoken)
  • Ability o build solid relationships based on mutual trust
  • Ability to influence without authority and develop results oriented action plans
  • Team player
  • Experience in Lean and / or continuous improvement concepts
  • Motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite or other software databases

ADDITIONAL DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bi-lingual in French and English
