Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on application support for COTS applications, monitoring, providing technical or non-technical support to customer.
• The candidate should be aware of IT production support processes
• Engage in the overall AMS resolution cycle.
• Ensuring ticket SLA and KPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the issue and resolve issues
• Participate and contribute to creating various matrix and reports.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to team.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proficient in technologies (Java, PLSQL, Oracle, Oracle Cloud) and associated tools.
• Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTML5, .Net, ASP, C#, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms
• Proficient in issue analysis and RCA,
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills,
• Fluent in Japanese and English language (Must have)
• The candidate should be a native Japanese passport holder (Must have)
• Experience of whole AMS lifecycle. Able to estimate and analysis tasks.
• Able to articulate issues solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
