Job Summary

The Technical lead at HCL will be responsible for leading the development team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of software applications using spring boot, React..JS, and Java. The primary goal is to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions for the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the creation of software solutions using spring boot, react..js, and java.
2. Design, develop, and implement high-quality code to meet project requirements.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and provide technical expertise and guidance.
4. Ensure code reviews are conducted and best practices are followed throughout the development process.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve the development process.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in spring boot, react..js, and java programming languages.
2. Experience in leading development teams and managing projects using agile methodologies.
3. Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in spring boot, ReactJS, or Java would be a plus.
