Purpose and Objective:

As a Technical lead in test, software implementation, the candidate should participate in defining test strategy, developing test cases, and writing scripts, manual and automatic test execution, software implementation activities. Contribute to developing test solutions, software implementation. Understand new technologies, requirements and solutions. Key Performance

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

• 7+ years of experience in system testing (Black box/Grey box) including reliability and performance testing.

• Expertise in working across full software testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to test strategy preparation, test case Design, test execution, test report and test metrics for multiple projects simultaneously.

• Must be inquisitive and proficient in Information gathering

• Guide team and give technical assistance, Excellent in written and oral Communication, guide a team of developers and give technical assistance

• Solution approach, handling problems, fixing problems, and identifying scopes of improvements

• Document, train and support operations and project teams, sound knowledge in communication and aspects of respective domain

• Highly skilled in using different techniques while performing testing tasks related to Database, Backend Processes and Front-End Applications.

• Coordination of Work with On-Site Teams

• Establish methodologies, standards and procedures for Requirements Analysis, Project plan preparation, procedure development and execution, documentation of results and reporting.

• Ability to plan, manage and deliver projects on-time with the agreed quality and cost.

• Ability to interact with the Global teams, Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams as well as with functional business leaders.

Experience:

• 10 plus years of experience in Cloud-based system design, operations and maintenance

• Proven experience in Google Could Platform in practical level (mandatory)

• Experience on working in customer interface for B2B business is an advantage

• Experience on utility IT systems is an advantage

• Advantage is to have demonstrated ability of working in cross functional and international teams in distributed environment

• Ability to adapt to different working styles as per required in multicultural environment

Technical Area:

• Strong experience in writing SQL queries.

• Good Exposure to web technologies (HTTP, XML, REST, SOAP).

• Experience in Systems Deployment Testing and Implementations of product upgrades/deployments.

• Extensive work experience on SOAP Web services and API’s testing.

• Software Testing experience with Web, GUI, Database and Client/Server applications on multiple platforms.

• Experience in system integration, system integration testing including but not limited to SAP system

• Experience in scripting (python, korn shell), PL/SQL

• Experience with Unix, Linux Operating systems.

• Experience with cloud solutions, Google cloud platform

• Experience using Defect management, Source Code Management, Requirement management tools (TFS/JIRA).

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

• Technical education/Degree, e.g. BTech/ MCA or equivalent in Information Technology area
