Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Python Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Python Applications, Utilizing Frameworks Such As Django Or Flask, To Deliver Robust Solutions That Meet Project Requirements.
3. Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities Through Mentorship And Hands-On Training In Python, Promoting A Culture Of Knowledge Sharing.
4. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Conducting Code Reviews, Assessing Adherence To Coding Standards, And Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies.
5. Conduct Technical Assessments Of Alternatives, Best Packages, And Supporting Architecture Best Practices, While Identifying Technical Risks And Providing Mitigation Strategies.
6. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects, Ensuring Transparency And Effective Communication With Stakeholders.
7. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Integrate Python Solutions With Other Technologies, Including Php And Perl, To Achieve Seamless Project Execution.

Skill Requirements

1. - Proficient In Python Programming, With A Solid Understanding Of Frameworks Such As Django Or Flask.
2. - Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Best Practices, Including Version Control (Git) And Agile Methodologies.
3. - Familiarity With Testing Frameworks, Specifically Selenium For Automated Testing Of Python Applications.
4. - Understanding Of Unix Shell Scripting To Facilitate Deployment And Automation Tasks.
5. - Experience With Database Management And Integration Using Sql Or Orm In Python.
