Job Summary

The Technical Lead for PTC PLM is pivotal in overseeing technology management within projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes providing expert guidance, driving best practices, and facilitating the technical growth of team members. By fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring adherence to compliance processes, the Technical Lead plays a crucial role in achieving project objectives and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Ptc Plm Applications, Ensuring The Team'S Outputs Meet High-Quality Benchmarks.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Ptc Plm Functionalities And Processes, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities To Improve Overall Productivity And Efficiency.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Exploring Technical Alternatives, Evaluating Best Packages, And Identifying Technical Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Stakeholders, Aimed At Minimizing Project Exposure And Risks, And Effectively Managing The Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Ptc Plm Systems And Implementations.
2. Solid Understanding Of Best Practices In Software Development And Coding Standards.
3. Familiarity With Process Compliance And Technical Risk Assessment Methodologies.
4. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills For Effective Mentorship And Technical Discussions.
