Manage the full administrative lifecycle of sponsorship renewals, contracts, and payments across open source foundations, industry standards bodies, and technical organisations

Key Responsibilities

Foundation & Organisation Sponsorship OperationsManage the full administrative lifecycle of sponsorship renewals, contracts, and payments across open source foundations, industry standards bodies, and technical organisationsNavigate Meta's procurement processes end-to-end: purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, approvals, vendor setup, and payment processingTrack sponsorship timelines, renewal dates, and deliverables; ensure no lapses in active commitmentsMaintain operational relationships with foundation contacts regarding invoicing, membership benefits, and administrative mattersCoordinate with internal Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams as needed to resolve issues and ensure complianceMaintain an up to date tracker of sponsorships, events, contracts, and deadlines. Produce regular status updates and impact reports.Event & Conference OperationsCoordinate logistics for developer conferences and events where Meta has a sponsorship or organisational presenceManage event sponsorship procurement: contracts, approvals, purchase orders, and vendor setupHandle ticket distribution, travel coordination, booth logistics, swag orders, and on-site requirementsWork with the Python team to coordinate staffing schedules for events, including volunteer recruitment and management. Ensure volunteers have the information they need to be successful at the events.Track Call for Proposal (CFP) deadlines and facilitate proposal submissions from team membersNote this role does not require you to travel to the events themselves.Programme Tracking & ReportingMaintain a comprehensive calendar of all sponsorships, memberships, events, and key deadlinesProduce regular status updates and impact reports for programme leadsDocument processes, vendor information, and institutional knowledge to ensure programme continuityIdentify process improvements and create resources to streamline recurring workflows
