What you’ll achieve

As a Technical Lead .NET/C# you will beresponsible for driving the technical execution, engineering quality, and architectural consistency of theamPHIplatform.

Working closely with theTeam lead, Product Management, and development teams, you translate architectural vision into practical implementation while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

You serve as the primary technical reference for the development team, balancing hands-on engineering leadership with architectural stewardship. You guide technical decisions, mentor developers, and ensure that engineering practices support the long-term sustainability and evolution of the platform

You will be in charge of:

1) Technical Leadership & Engineering Delivery

  • Lead the day-to-day technical activities of development teams
  • Provide guidance and support to developers throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Drive implementation of complex features and technical initiatives
  • Facilitate technical decision-making and problem-solving across teams
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and secure software solutions
  • Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimation activities

2) Architecture & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with the Product Solution/System Architect to implement and evolve the target architecture
  • Ensure architectural consistency across backend services, frontend components, and integrations
  • Review and validate technical designs and implementation approaches
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, modernization initiatives, and technical roadmaps
  • Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support cloud adoption, automation, and platform modernization efforts

3) Quality & Engineering Governance

  • Establish and maintain development standards, code review practices, and technical documentation
  • Drive test automation, CI/CD adoption, and DevOps practices
  • Monitor code quality, system performance, and operational stability
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security requirements, and data protection standards
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance forums, and release readiness assessments
  • Team Development & Mentoring
  • Mentor developers and support their technical growth
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coach team members on architecture principles, engineering practices, and problem-solving techniques
  • Support onboarding and technical integration of new team members
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to Product Management, QA, Support, and Operations teams

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior software engineering or technical leadership roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET / C# and ASP.NET Core / REST APIs
  • Experience designing and implementing distributed and service-oriented architectures
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles and software design patterns
  • Proven experience working with Blazor (Server and/orWebAssembly ) for modern UI architecture
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating development teams
  • Knowleged of SQL Server and database design and Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps orequivalent)
  • Experience in Security and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare
  • Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and security
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments
  • Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical implementation plans
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
