This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Lead - .Net/Angular in India.

This role offers an opportunity to take end-to-end technical ownership of complex, enterprise-grade web applications built with modern .NET and Angular technologies. You will lead architectural decisions, guide development teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that directly impact client success. The position involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to transform business requirements and UX designs into robust digital products. You will also play a key role in driving engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring of junior developers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will contribute both as a senior engineer and a technical decision-maker in an agile, fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex technical challenges while shaping high-quality software systems at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and .NET Core technologies.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend and backend solutions aligned with business and client requirements.
  • Develop high-quality code for APIs, web applications, and distributed systems with strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements and designs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical design discussions, evaluate solutions, and define best practices for system architecture and development.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and system observability.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise web applications using Angular and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
    • Strong expertise in Angular including component architecture, RxJS, NgRx, reactive forms, unit testing, and scalable frontend design.
    • Solid backend development experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization, secure coding practices, and performance optimization.
    • Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for building scalable and distributed applications.
    • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed system design principles.
    • Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
    • Strong knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices.
    • Proven ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate architectures, and drive scalable solution design.
    • Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture and best practices.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in agile environments.
