  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity alignment in partnership with delivery leadership
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and secure coding guidelines
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Data Science, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Quality, Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion best practices in:
    • Automated testing and code quality
    • Performance tuning and observability
    • Version control and deployment pipelines

  • Contribute to improvements in development processes, tooling, and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 8–12 years of professional software engineering experience, with experience in a hands-on Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead responsibility
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and related frameworks
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), service-oriented architecture, and scalable application design
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
    • APIs, RESTful services, and distributed systems
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Good-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications

    • Containerization tools (Docker)
    • Microservices architecture
    • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to:
