Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to take ownership of a critical project for our client. You will lead a small, focused team of 2 developers, driving the technical vision, code quality, and delivery of a solution within the Clinical Research/Pharma sector.

WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

• Stakeholder Management: Present technical deliveries and demos to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide 2 developers, ensuring code quality and architectural alignment.
• Communication Bridge: Translate client needs into technical tasks and communicate team constraints or blockers effectively.
• Technical Delivery: Drive the development using .NET, Angular, MS-SQL, and Oracle.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential risks in the timeline or architecture early and propose solutions before they become issues.
• AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding tasks, improve documentation, and enhance overall team productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience: Senior level .NET developer with strong leadership experience.
• Full Stack Mindset: Strong proficiency in both .NET and Angular (as you will be the technical safety net for the team).
• Database: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and experience with Oracle databases.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Pharma, Clinical Trials, or Healthcare is a huge plus.
• Self-Driven: You take ownership of your work and the project's success. You do not wait for micromanagement; you find solutions and move forward.
• Proactive: You don't just wait for bugs or blockers to happen. You anticipate them and communicate proactively with the client and the team.
• Open-Minded: You are flexible and eager to learn. You welcome feedback from stakeholders and ideas from the team to improve the process and the product.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leading meetings.
