Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Native Mobile App Development, you will play a critical role in managing technology within projects while providing expert technical guidance and solutions. Your leadership will ensure that the team adheres to coding standards and best practices, enhances technical capabilities, and maintains compliance with established processes. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance The Technical Capabilities Of Team Members Through Mentorship And Training Sessions Focused On Native Mobile App Development, Optimizing Productivity And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Potential Risks While Breaking Down Components For Project Estimations.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks Associated With The Project, Addressing Any Escalations Proactively And Ensuring Clear Communication With Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Native Mobile App Development With Proficiency In Java And Kotlin.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Mobile Architecture Patterns And Design Principles.
3. Solid Experience In Code Review Processes And Implementing Coding Standards.
4. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Practices.
