About your team

The technology service team provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.

About your role
As an experienced Mobile Development talent,you’re expected to be able to work on the design and implementation of mobile applications using React Native. This senior role requires strong technical expertise, good sense of leadership , and the ability to guide teams through complex implementation challenges. The candidate shall have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile solutions and driving best practices in mobile development,this role requires direct collaboration with stakeholders from both China and Canada,good English skill is required to ensure smooth communication.

About you

Fast learning and strong logical thinking, the successful candidate for this position is expect to contribute in below areas:

  • Design, and development of React Native mobile applications.
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile app development, including performance optimization and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide other junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure robust testing practices.
  • Address technical challenges and provide solutions for complex issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Good business English skill is required, reading,writing,listening,speaking

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in mobile development,commercial Mobile App design and delivery experience.
  • Deep understanding of React Native framework and ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with native iOS/Android development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD build pipelines and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

2nd shift is expected based on project requirement (Canada project, 1:00 PM -10:00 PM, not everyday shift, depends on project arrangement)
