Job Description

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical expert for assigned training programs.
• Oversee the accuracy, relevance, and quality of program content.
• Maintain alignment of course materials with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
• Interface with clients to assess technical training needs and ensure program alignment with expectations.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and revise training content.
• Collaborate with and assign tasks to lead instructors.
• Approve technical deliverables prior to finalization and delivery.
• Support instructor selection, onboarding, and technical mentoring.
• Participate in strategic planning for new program offerings and enhancements.
• Review client feedback and training performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent NTT Training in technical discussions with clients and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of relevant technical experience (instructional leadership or training development preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical training initiatives and mentor instructors.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support and training execution.

Compensation

• Annual Salary $145,000 - 165,000
• Flexible scheduling
