Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical expert for assigned training programs.
- Oversee the accuracy, relevance, and quality of program content.
- Maintain alignment of course materials with applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
- Interface with clients to assess technical training needs and ensure program alignment with expectations.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and revise training content.
- Collaborate with and assign tasks to lead instructors.
- Approve technical deliverables prior to finalization and delivery.
- Support instructor selection, onboarding, and technical mentoring.
- Participate in strategic planning for new program offerings and enhancements.
- Review client feedback and training performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent NTT Training in technical discussions with clients and industry stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7–15 years of relevant technical experience (instructional leadership or training development preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical training initiatives and mentor instructors.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support and training execution.
Compensation
- Annual Salary $145,000 - 165,000
