Our award-winning client is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team.Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to lead our Kubernetes Platform team in Tampa, FL. You will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing a robust Kubernetes platform, ensuring seamless integration of tenant applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of the Kubernetes platform.
• Design and implement a scalable and secure Kubernetes platform, considering factors like performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with tenants to understand their application requirements and facilitate their integration into the Kubernetes platform.
• Monitor and optimize the Kubernetes platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement robust security measures to protect the Kubernetes environment and tenant applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
