Key Responsibilities

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Develop data access layers and manage persistence using Hibernate ORM.
• Work with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for scalable data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical processes and architecture for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on expertise in Hibernate for object-relational mapping and data persistence.
