Technical Lead (Java)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam Workplace Type: On-site

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join a growing IT company specializing in enterprise system development and modernization solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to lead technical teams in designing and implementing complex system architectures for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of architecture modules and system functions
  • Drive system architecture design, optimization, and technical decision-making
  • Solve complex technical challenges and provide technical guidance to development teams
  • Mentor and support team members in technical growth
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure technical excellence and project delivery
  • Work with modern technologies and databases in an agile environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related major.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java and system design.
  • Experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
  • Experience in database performance tuning.
  • 2+ years of technical management experience.
  • Japanese development experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English/ Japanese is preferred.
