Job Description

At INDG, we create photoreal digital content for brands like Adidas, On Running, Puma, Wilson, and Hugo Boss. We're looking for a Technical CG Lead to supervise and own the technical side of how we get there - across CGI, AI, pipeline, and process. You see the whole picture, from how one artist works to how the whole production runs, and you'd rather fix something yourself than wait for someone else to. If you've spent years thinking "there's a better way to do this," we'd love to hear from you.

About INDG

INDG brings together two decades of CGI expertise with our own technology to create large-scale CGI content, digital twins, and automated content for brands across fashion, sportswear, luxury, automotive, and consumer electronics. We’re a global team that values ownership, collaboration, and craft.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and improve our technical pipeline - tooling, automation, data flows, and standards.
  • Lead the technical team and advise artists and Art Directors on better ways of working.
  • Bring focus and direction to our AI exploration.
  • Spot bottlenecks early and turn them into scalable fixes.
  • Get hands-on when it counts, then turn what works into practice for the wider team.
  • Shape the technical and production roles we need as we grow.
  • Keep us current and competitive in the ever-evolving world of tech.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a senior technical role - CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or similar.
  • Solid grip on CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production.
  • Enough scripting know-how to guide developers and make good calls.
  • A natural doer with strong systems thinking.
  • Curious about AI, and sharp at spotting what's hype.
  • Clear communicator across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.
  • Product visualisation, fashion, sportswear, or digital twin experience is a strong plus.

Our main tools

C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, and Nuke - plus a growing set of AI tools you'll help shape.

The kind of person we're looking for

You care as much about how people use technology as the technology itself - a tool isn't finished until artists are using it and production's genuinely better for it. You'll have authority to shape how our Fashion vertical works - and we expect you to use it.

Why Join INDG

INDG sits between CGI craft, production technology, and enterprise-scale content operations. Grip, our content orchestration platform, supports AI workflows and production-grade output for brands that depend on visual consistency across markets, channels, and product lines.

This role matters because fashion visual production is becoming more systemized, more automated, and more technically demanding. You will help define how apparel, footwear, and luxury products are represented digitally at scale, connecting CGI quality with pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and the day-to-day reality of production teams.

About INDG | Grip

INDG is a technology company that specializes in large-scale CGI content creation, digital twin production, and automated content generation using our in-house developed SaaS platform. When founded, INDG initially focused on creating photorealistic 3D images and CGI-based product configurators. It has since evolved to digitize entire portfolios for physical product brands and produce high-quality CGI content for a global clientele across multiple industries, including Consumer Products, Automotive, Fashion, and Healthcare.

In 2017, we launched Grip. As INDG's child company and software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations. Grip’s modular templates are programmed to follow strict rules and brand guidelines while offering endless flexibility. By utilizing digital twins and brand assets, marketers can use the templates to generate high-quality images and videos that maintain product fidelity and strict brand adherence.
