Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to guide our engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications. In this role, you will balance hands-on development with strategic technical oversight, ensuring our architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with modern best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Full-Stack Development: Drive the development of responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using Angular.
• Event-Driven Systems: Architect and manage real-time data pipelines and messaging systems utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Technical Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor junior and senior developers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for low-latency, high-throughput services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ Year of overall IT Experience.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot (Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Data).
• Advanced proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, State Management)
• Hands-on experience with Kafka is good to have.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Mastery of JUnit, Mockito, and frontend testing frameworks like Jasmine or Karma

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
