Job Summary

The Technical Lead (c, python) at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of projects using C and Python programming languages. The primary objective will be to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
2. Design, develop, and implement software solutions using c and python.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and performance.
5. Identify and address technical debt to improve overall system architecture.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in coding standards.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in c and python programming languages.
2. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
3. Experience in leading and managing software development projects.

Other Requirements
