Technical Lead Backend Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Backend Developer to join a development team working on core business applications. The role combines hands-on backend development with technical leadership, coaching, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide technical leadership and ensure development quality, performance, and maintainability.
• 
  Define and promote development standards, best practices, and DevOps practices.
• 
  Conduct and supervise code reviews.
• 
  Coach and support developers and help resolve complex technical issues.
• 
  Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• 
  Contribute to technical estimations, planning, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• 
  Ensure secure development practices and continuous integration.

Requirements

• 
  Expert knowledge of NET / .NET Core, including NET 8+
• 
  Strong experience with REST APIs and Entity Framework Core
• 
  Solid knowledge of software architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
• 
  Strong experience with Oracle 19+ and SQL Server 2016+
• 
  Knowledge of cybersecurity and secure development practices.
• 
  Experience with Apache ecosystem and Java-based solutions.
• 
  Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile environments.
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Native-level French is mandatory; English is an advantage.
