Job Title: Senior React JS Lead (Micro-Frontends)
We are looking for a Senior React Lead to drive our frontend architecture toward a highly scalable,
Micro-Frontend (MFE) ecosystem. You will balance hands-on architecture with technical team leadership to break down complex enterprise systems into autonomous, high-performing micro-apps.
Key Responsibilities Architect MFEs: Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy.
Lead & Mentor: Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers.
Collaborate: Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.Core Technical Skills MFE Patterns: Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell orchestrators.
Monorepos: Proficiency managing large-scale workspaces using Nx or TurborepoReact Ecosystem: Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for individual micro-apps.
