Job Summary

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Demand Planning solutions within the o9 Digital Brain platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and solution design specifications.
• Configure and support key demand planning capabilities including Demand Forecasting, Statistical Forecasting, Demand Sensing, Forecast Consumption, Demand Prioritization, Consensus Demand Planning
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support and enhance S&OP / IBP processes.
• Develop forecasting workflows, planning hierarchies, segmentation strategies, and exception management processes aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze forecast performance and drive continuous improvement using KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error),Forecast Bias,Forecast Value Add (FVA)
• Support data validation, scenario analysis, and forecast review processes to improve planning effectiveness.
• Participate in solution design workshops, requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap assessments, and client demonstrations.
• Execute and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and business validation activities to ensure solution quality and user acceptance.
• Prepare training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and support change management activities during deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, master data management, and system performance optimization.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot planning issues, and recommend enhancements to improve business value realization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in o9 Demand Planning.
• Expertise in Demand Forecasting, Demand Sensing, and Consensus Planning processes.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and IBP concepts.
• Experience analyzing forecasting metrics and planning performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in implementation, testing, user training, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Certification in Demand planning are -o9 Platform Technical Configuration Level I & II, Demand Planning Core Solution Building Blocks Certification
