Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), data engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions to solve complex business problems.

• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and automation solutions.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and foundation models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training and inference.
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and deployment practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Databricks, MLflow, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience working in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries.
