• Labor Standards & Engineered Labor Standards (ELS)
• Activity Cards & Indirect Time Management
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Labor Analytics & Productivity Reporting
• Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities

WLM Assessment & Optimization

• Conduct detailed configuration and process assessments.
• Analyze labor audit trails, job code mappings, and discrete layer (WLM map, Machines)
• Perform process log deep dives to identify productivity losses and indirect labor opportunities.
• Validate integration between WLM and WMS
• Identify master data, reporting, and documentation gaps.
• Apply train the trainer methodology to help clients become versed in WLM form and function
• Identify areas to Improve capture of indirect activities, delays, travel, equipment downtime, and non-value-added work.
• Design and optimize Activity Card structures for accurate labor tracking.
• Leverage Activity Card data to reduce indirect labor and improve productivity.
