Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and deliver on commitments.
• Use AI tools for automated reporting, workload balancing and documentation
• Track progress, resolve impediments, and maintain transparency through metrics.
• Track sprint progress, manage impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain transparency through metrics (velocity, burndown charts).
• Provide clear status updates and manage expectations
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Project documentation

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Scrum Master in software development.
• Familiarity with full-stack development, testing, and architecture.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
• AI Tools knowledge
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
