In this role, you'll:
The Technical Lead will provide agile leadership and subject matter expertise while delivering within Scrum and other agile frameworks.
You will guide teams through both the who and the how to unblock challenges, drive customer-centric digital solutions, and foster a self-organising, empowered environment where teams can create, innovate, and make decisions with confidence.

About You
You bring significant experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within large and complex organisations.
You have a strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, along with proven practices and techniques that enable efficient delivery.
You are experienced in planning and advising on Scrum implementations across the organisation.
You are skilled in conflict management and removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum teams.
You are team-focused, with a strong ability to empower, develop, and mentor teams toward self-management and cross-functionality.
You are an effective communicator with a strong work ethic, confident in prioritising issues, and capable of navigating complex challenges and business pressures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
