The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects through the entire software development lifecycle and generate business requirements using FileNet and Case Manager.
What You’ll Do:
· Create, edit, revise, and finalize life-cycle deliverables: requirements specifications, process diagrams, solution design documents, and operating instructions.
· Create and maintain process, technical, project, or other documentation, to support configuration, project management, and training.
· Oversee the definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and integration of new, modified, or enhanced processes including changes to workflows, solution, plug-in, batch jobs using FileNet Process designer, Case Manager Administration tool, FileNet ACCE (Administration Console for Content Engine).
· Familiarity leading admin support activities on BAW (Business Automation Workflow), WAS (WebSphere Application Server), ICC (IBM Content Collector) and perform application upgrades, performance tuning and apply patches.
· Lead testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end process testing, and user acceptance testing.
· Lead the problem identification/error resolution process, including: tracking, repairing, and reporting defects.
· Review and implement Preventive Maintenances, application monitoring dashboards and cost optimization initiatives.
· Generate audit reporting and ensure audit compliance on FileNet and Case Manager.
· Write and review high quality technical documentation.
· Establish, track, and reports on project performance metrics (KPI/OKR) and financial impact.
· Manage automation activities, governance processes, and automation performance metric.
· Configure and monitor system health using Dynatrace & AWS CloudWatch.
· Partial telecommute available. Must report to and reside within commutable distance of listed Hertz office.
What We’re Looking For:
· A bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or related, developing and supporting FileNet and Case Manager through the entire SDLC life cycle supporting Claims management system. In the alternative, Hertz will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 2 years of experience.
· Experience designing, developing, and testing software using FileNet and Case Manager, and handling admin support activities on BAW (Business Automation
Workflow), WAS (WebSphere Application Server), ICC (IBM Content Collector) and performing application upgrades, performance tuning and patch application.
· Experience with hands-on technical expertise setting up AWS EC2, ALB, Security Groups, MS SQL and AWS RDS.
· Experience designing workflows using FileNet Process designer and deploying solution using Case Manager Administration tool and handle FileNet ACCE (Administration Console for Content Engine) admin tasks. Tracking and reporting tasks using JIRA.
