Business Title: Data Engineer

Years of Experience:

Minimum 6 years to maximum 10 years

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help build robust, scalable, and efficient data infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics and AI initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Design and implement scalable data architecture, including views, fact, and dimension tables.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Build and monitor data quality checks and pipeline health metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda), to deploy and manage data solutions.
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks.
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics (experience is a plus).
• Support GenAI development initiatives in Python or demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data modeling and architecture best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud computing, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of data pipeline monitoring and alerting systems.
• Exposure to GenAI development or strong interest in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Understand design/tasks and develop code accordingly.
• Perform mid- to complex-level tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Work with minimal guidance from senior resources.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification).

Certifications (If Any):

• Minimum basic-level AWS certification.
• Snowflake Associate / Core certification.

Shift Timing:

• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

• 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
