Technical Lead1
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Lead with strong expertise in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)/Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) The candidate will be responsible for designing and leading enterprise analytics solutions, integrating multiple data sources, building actionable dashboards, and driving insights that align with business KPIs. The role requires strong leadership in solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of NSAW/FDI or OAC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience domains.
Design and configure data pipelines, data models, KPIs, and dashboards that support strategic business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
Integrate data from NetSuite, Fusion Applications, Salesforce, AS/400, and other enterprise systems into OAC.
Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and governance.
Drive data quality, security, and compliance across analytics solutions.
Provide thought leadership on modern analytics practices (AI/ML integration, predictive insights, embedded analytics).
Mentor and guide junior team members in data modeling, report development, and troubleshooting.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams
10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence with at least 3+ years hands-on in NSAW/OAC or FDI
Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI development
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data structures and NetSuite data models
Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and data integration tools
Experience in dashboards, self-service reporting, and visualization best practices
Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and data governance
Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics within Oracle ecosystem is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership ability to manage teams and deliver complex analytics programs.
