tasks
End-to-end responsibility for the technical side of the product over the entire software development lifecycle, including product delivery (estimates, timelines), software architecture and operations in production (Kubernetes in AWS)
Technical leadership of the development team, perspective disciplinary leadership
Hands-on development of software components
Support in the selection of new employees
qualification
Experience with at least 2 programming languages, ideally Python and / or Java
5+ years of professional experience in software development in an agile context
First experience in leading technical teams
Experience in a startup context, ideally in the fintech environment
Good knowledge of German (min B2) as well as communication skills
