The Technical Integration & Operations Specialist is a hybrid technical role designed to bridge solution integration (Build) and platform operations (Run)
The position starts with strong involvement in technical integration, configuration, and customer-facing activities, building a deep understanding of data flows, architectures, and deployment choices.
This knowledge is then leveraged to progressively take operational ownership, ensuring platform stability, reliability, and continuous improvement in Run.
The ultimate objective is to anchor operational excellence in hands-on integration expertise, avoiding a disconnect between project delivery and ongoing operations.
