Job Title: Technical Instructor, Prin

Job Location: 3000 N. Sam Houston Parkway E., Houston, TX 77032

Duties:

Responsibilities include: Develops and delivers complex technical training and educational programs such as multi-discipline technical training, complex technical course development, advanced technical on-the-job training for external customers and internal employees, direct product sales training, or business development curriculum. Collaborates with internal clients to assess, develop and implement training and development solutions to help Product Service lines achieve specific business objectives and solutions. Mentors less experienced instructors. Supports course design and development/updates of training content or curriculum based on individual business need. Designs and develops skill demonstration exercises applying knowledge of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, engineering, programming or business development. Ensures the correct/safe use and handling of department tools and equipment. Conducts assessments of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps and integration of competencies in course curriculum. Maintains class information to include student attendance and scores on Halliburton's learning management system.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Instructor, Prin related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

  1. Experience in separation solutions that support class delivery in multiple countries/areas.
  2. Experience in cross sub PSL integration, fluids design and optimization strategy.
  3. Experience in conventional and unconventional solid control and waste management strategies.
  4. Experience in rig survey, rig audits, performance optimization strategy
  5. Experience in repair and maintenance of complex separation solutions equipment.
  6. Experience in utilizing SuccessFactors to provide performance analytics to the organization.
