Pay & Benefits:
Pay of $62.18 per hour*, with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

As a Technical Instructor,you’llplay a critical role in supporting Denver Maintenance and the operation of the largest Boeing fleet in the world—helping ensure the safety and reliability of theaircraftthat serve millions of Customers each year.You’lldesign, develop, and deliver technical training for Southwest Employees, On‑Call Maintenance Providers, and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers, staying current on evolvingaircraftsystems, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Through classroom, hands‑on, and computer‑based instruction,you’llequip Aircraft Mechanics with the knowledge and skills needed to perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting, reduce non‑confirmed failures, and support criticalaircraftauthorizations. By serving as a technical resource across internal Teams and regulatory Partners,you’lldirectly contribute to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and Southwest’s unwavering commitment to Safety.
