General Summary
Works in direct collaboration with Technical Instructional Design Specialist(s) to update and maintain education materials, and to support end users with the use of Epic and IT supported applications. Key expectations of this role include facilitating assigned system-wide educational services/programs for in person and virtual training sessions, providing real time end-user support, and creating and maintaining end user training materials. Continually assesses impact of training and provides feedback to improve end user outcomes.
