  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities and manage performance to support business and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation processes and ways of working
  • Contribute to strong global collaboration across Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams, supporting requests across multiple product lines

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Experience in Quality, Regulatory or a related function
  • Strong ability to manage information accurately using common office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working with IT platforms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language (assessed during the recruitment process)
  • Structured, detail-oriented and consistent working style
  • Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and work efficiently with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Why Choose Us?

  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture that values learning and working smart together
  • A role with real impact on product safety, quality and customer success
