Job Description

On behalf of our client, an innovative leader in AI-driven enterprise software, we are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead customer integrations and platform deployments. In this role, you will own the technical delivery of implementation projects, configure system connections, troubleshoot complex data flows, and partner directly with global enterprise clients to ensure seamless platform adoption.

Schedule: Full-time (35–40 hours/week, Monday to Friday), working in the US Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and deploy enterprise integrations between the platform and customer systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication standards.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout customer implementations, scoping technical requirements and aligning integration architecture with client needs.
  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to assess the feasibility of custom integration solutions and workflows.
  • Independently diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs, request/response payloads, and system behavior, collaborating with core engineering on bug escalations.
  • Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, proactively tracking timelines, identifying risks, and driving blockers to resolution.
  • Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides to optimize implementation playbooks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a technical client-facing role (Implementation Specialist, Integrations Engineer, Technical Consultant, L2+ Support, or TAM) within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of serving as the primary technical owner and implementer for external customer deployments.
  • Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and identity/auth protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO, SCIM).
  • Native-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset, with experience reviewing system logs and payloads (basic SQL or database query skills are a plus).
  • Experience managing multiple parallel projects using modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Notion).
  • High autonomy, comfort with async workflows, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Alignment with US Eastern Time working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • Experience integrating with enterprise tools (HRIS, LMS/LXP, CRMs, ticketing systems, or AI platforms) is an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Direct exposure to cutting-edge enterprise AI applications and technologies.
  • High-impact work leading complex technical initiatives for global enterprise clients.
  • Autonomous, async-first work culture with significant ownership over your projects.
  • Clear opportunities for continuous learning, skill development, and progression toward technical leadership.

If you have a strong technical foundation in enterprise integrations and thrive in client-facing environments, submit your CV today to explore this opportunity!
