About this role

Use your skills to help us improve our operational performance across all verticals. Supporting the Sensitech Solution’s Engineering operations, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to deliver customer features while maintaining and supporting key business systems. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching and testing new functionality, designing and developing new documentation, updating existing documentation, conducting documentation reviews, and evaluating the effectiveness of our documentation set.
• Build and contribute to the Solutions Engineering Team's portfolio of custom software solutions and analytical reporting libraries. In addition this role includes configuring and maintaining customer notifications and related implementation tasks in support of customer requests.
• Work with business users across multiple teams and utilizes their input to ensure accurate information is collected to effectively address customers’ needs.
• Extracting essential information from multiple sources to properly document the phase of a project is important.
• Work in a team environment, participates in meetings, proactively addresses issues and completes other tasks as assigned.
• The Technical Implementation Specialist also supports existing data warehouses, reports, system integrations, SSIS packages and tools, which require periodic maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades to leverage new capabilities.
• Support Solutions Engineering by generating proper documentation and maintaining document revision for all tools, reports and processes developed by that team. He or she will recommend improvements to the documentation process including identifying best practices and establishing documentation templates.
• The Technical Implementation Specialist will be part of a team that specializes in rapid prototyping, iterative development, problem solving, data analysis and process improvement. As the needs of our customers and the technology around us are rapidly evolving, this position provides substantial opportunity to engage in creative problem-solving and rapid prototyping techniques.

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 1+ years of experience with technical writing or editing technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
• Experience developing using MS SQL Server (or similar relational databases)
• Experience working with Data Visualization SaaS offerings such as MS Power BI, SSRS and Tableau
• Demonstrated experience working with Content Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Careful attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Able to handle multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
• Experience with presenting complex food supply chain data and metrics a plus
